Senior water resources engineer, academic, and project manager with more than 25 years of international experience in hydrology, hydraulics, river engineering, flood mitigation, stormwater management, hydraulic structures, and land development. He has contributed to more than 250 engineering projects across Canada, the Middle East, and Africa.
His expertise includes hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, floodplain analysis, river engineering, stormwater management, LID and ESC, dams, GIS, remote sensing, municipal servicing, and project management. His teaching approach is practical and model-driven, connecting engineering theory with software workflows, real project case studies, and sound professional judgment.
