Structural analysis from intermediate to advanced practice
This focused bilingual course connects structural-analysis theory with worked engineering problems, modelling decisions and result verification. It is taught in English and Persian by Massoud Riyazi, Ph.D., P.Eng., a structural and earthquake engineering educator with more than 23 years of university teaching experience.
What you will learn
- Idealize structures, trace load paths and assess stability.
- Calculate internal forces, deflections and indeterminate response.
- Build and interpret matrix-stiffness models for beams, trusses and frames.
- Recognize P-Delta, dynamic, seismic and modelling-verification issues.
- Prepare a practical plan for P.Eng registration documents and applicable examinations.
P.Eng registration and exam guidance
The final session includes consultation on document organization, the registration workflow and planning for applicable professional or assigned technical examinations, including the NPPE where relevant. This is independent educational guidance. It is not affiliated with a regulator and is not a guarantee of licensure, admission or examination success.
